Energy efficiency worksheet with answers for GCSE physics (free PDF download)

Quick answer: Efficiency is the fraction of the total input energy that becomes useful output: efficiency = useful output ÷ total input, often shown as a percentage. This Physics 9-10 worksheet on energy efficiency gives 20 problems from easy to hard: name the store, hydroelectric chain and fan motor. The worked answers are on a separate page, and the worksheet is a free printable PDF.
